We bring the same level of care and attention to our selection of draft and bottled beers as we do to our wine list. From bright, citrusy IPAs to chocolate tinged stouts and sours aged in wine barrels, our offering is comprised of adventurous microbrews that bridge the gap from grape to grain.

Wines that reveal a sense of place.

 

We serve a rotating list of wines by the glass and bottle, as well as Madeira, Sherry and rare vintages from across the globe. While our wine list frequently changes, our focus on natural wines does not. We support small-scale vintners passionate about their craft and committed to sustainable, organic and biodynamic farming practices. And, we pour wines that taste of their own richly textured pasts.

Our menu features a selection of unique small plates from Chef Pierce Bowers. We tailor our culinary philosophy to enhance the character of the wines we serve, pairing complementary and contrasting flavors to bring out a given varietal’s distinct properties.
